Mélange grillé - non salé

The blend combines four varieties: roasted almonds, aromatic pecans, mild roasted cashews and buttery peanuts. Each has been carefully selected to create a varied taste experience. Almonds bring their typical bite, while cashews provide a pleasant complement with their soft texture. Pecans contribute a more refined aroma, which develops particularly when roasted. The peanuts round off the mixture and provide additional variety. Together, they create a composition that you can snack on without any preparation or effort. The list of ingredients remains deliberately short and is reduced to the four types of nuts and sunflower oil.

The mix is ideal for moments when you want to treat yourself to an uncomplicated snack. Whether in the home office, on the way to work or during a short break: the handy size of the pack means you can grab them at any time. You can snack on the roasted nuts on their own or use them as a natural ingredient for special recipes, for example as a topping for muesli or a salad. Thanks to the gentle roasting process, the nuts develop a pleasant aroma that also works well in combination with fresh or creamy ingredients.

The decision to dispense with salt supports the aim of offering a product that derives its character from the roasting process. The focus is entirely on the natural taste of the nuts. Almonds, cashews, peanuts and pecans already have their own individual flavors, which would be somewhat masked by salt. The combination of pure ingredients and light roasting creates a snack that tastes pleasantly natural. This makes the mixture particularly suitable for anyone who values unadulterated products and likes to enjoy nuts on their own.

Roasting gives nuts an aromatic note that you can clearly taste when snacking. The heat ensures that the natural oils in the nuts are activated and the flavor intensifies. If, on the other hand, you decide to buy natural nuts, you can enjoy the original taste, which is usually milder. Roasted varieties, on the other hand, offer a warmer, fuller aroma and a crunchier texture. Salt is deliberately omitted from this mixture so that you can enjoy the pure roasted taste. It's best to use roasted nuts if you want an aromatic taste experience that still remains natural.

The roasted nut mix goes perfectly with small moments of indulgence that enrich your everyday life. For example, you can add a few nuts to a warm soup to create a crunchy counterpoint to the creamy texture. Even with a hearty snack, the different types of nuts look like a small upgrade on the plate. Some snack lovers put a handful next to a piece of dark chocolate because the roasted flavors form an exciting duo with the sweetness. The mixture is also suitable for small snack creations such as chocolate snacks or as a nibble highlight on a snack platter with dried fruit and crackers.

The crunchy bite is created by gently roasting the nuts. Each variety is heated individually so that its natural flavor can develop without affecting the texture. The slight addition of oil ensures that the surface becomes pleasantly golden and the typical crunch is created, which you can feel right from the first bite. This process brings out the taste of almonds, cashews, peanuts and pecans and emphasizes the nutty character without masking it. The result is a crunchy snack that produces a satisfying crunch when chewed.

The origin determines how the nuts taste and how they behave when roasted. Almonds develop different flavor profiles depending on the growing region, cashews require a warm climate with high humidity, and pecans thrive primarily in certain areas of North and South America. The selection of origins is not random, but based on factors such as climate conditions, soil quality and the expertise of the producers. We have been working with reliable partners for many years, who grow and harvest their raw materials with great experience. This results in a mix whose quality is reflected in the taste.
