Ingredients

  • 1c. à s. Neutral oil
  • 1gousse Garlic, chopped
  • 250g Creme fraiche, vegan
  • 1c. à c. white vinegar
  • 1c. à c. Soy sauce
  • 1c. à c. Paprika powder
  • 1pincée Salt and pepper
  • 1botte Parsley, for garnishing
  • 1c. à s. Water
  • 3poignées Vegetables of your choice, e.g. carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, kohlrabi
  • 150g Roasted nut variety

Preparation

Preparing the dip

Finely dice the onion. Sauté the onions in a pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes until golden. If necessary, add a little water so that the onions do not roast or become too dark. Mix the vegan crème fraiche with the diced onions and the remaining dip ingredients.

Preparing the snack platter

Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a platter. Place the Seeberger nut variety in a bowl and arrange on the snack platter together with the French onion dip.
