Declaration on accessibility

Seeberger GmbH strives to make its website accessible in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in particular the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).

This accessibility statement refers to the status as of 28 June 2025 and applies to the version of the websites seeberger.de, seeberger.at, seeberger.fr, seeberger-snacks.ch and seeberger-snacks.com currently available on the Internet.

Status of compliance with requirements

The accessibility of the website has been comprehensively tested and gradually optimised. Our aim is to fully comply with the requirements of the WCAG standard (version 2.1 AA). Most of the measures to improve accessibility have already been implemented in recent months. Once the remaining measures have been implemented, the results of the review will be published here.

Which areas are currently not accessible?

We are currently aware that the following aspects still need to be optimised and are already being worked on:

  • On a few pages, the contrast between text and background may still be too low.
  • The syntax contains a few formal errors, but these do not restrict accessibility.

Enforcement and arbitration procedures

If your feedback does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the option of contacting the following authority in accordance with the applicable regulations:

Competent market surveillance authority
When the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) comes into force on 28 June 2025, the relevant state authorities (market surveillance authorities) will be the point of contact for companies in the private sector (such as Seeberger). For Baden-Württemberg, this is likely to be the relevant ministry or a subordinate regional council. As soon as the specific office has been finalised, we will add this information here.
Arbitration board pursuant to Section 16 BGG
Regardless of this, in the event of conflicts relating to accessibility, you can contact the BGG arbitration board at the Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Disabled Persons:
Address: Mauerstraße 53, 10117 Berlin
Telephone: +49 (0)30 18 527-2805
Email: schlichtungsstelle@behindertenbeauftragter.de
Website: www.behindertenbeauftragter.de/DE/SchlichtungsstelleBGG/1_Schlichtungsstelle.html

The BGG arbitration board provides support in the out-of-court settlement of disputes. The procedure is free of charge for you and you do not need legal assistance.
