Green cashew pasta

This vegan 5-minute recipe is ideal for busy everyday life and contains green vegetables and healthy plant-based proteins.

Ingredients

  • 6c. à s. Cashew Butter
  • 50ml Water
  • 60g Kale
  • 1pièce Lemon for lemon juice
  • 2gousses Garlic
  • 2c. à s. Yeast flakes
  • 1pincée Salt and pepper
  • 150g Pasta of your choice

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.

Place all the ingredients for the creamy sauce in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Drain the pasta and return to the pan, heat together with the sauce and then turn off the heat. Serve and enjoy!
