Ingredients

  • 2pièces Soft Dates Pitted
  • 500ml Milk alternative, unsweetened
  • 2pièces ripe bananas
  • 2c. à c. Chocolate drops or chopped chocolate
  • 1pincée Cardamom, more to taste
  • 1c. à c. Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1pièce Organic lemon for juice
  • 1pointe Nutmeg, grated
  • 1pincée Salt

Preparation

Place the porridge in a blender with the dates, milk, cashew nuts and a chopped banana. Then season to taste with cardamom, cinnamon and maple syrup. Blend the smoothie well in the blender for at least 45 seconds. Pour the smoothie into large glasses and garnish with fresh banana slices and some chocolate drops.
