Ingredients

  • 50g Almonds
  • 100g hearty oat flakes
  • 1tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 200ml Milk alternative
  • 3tsp Maple syrup
  • 2tbsp Yoghurt alternative
  • 1pc Banana
  • 1Hf. Blueberries

Suitable for:

Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except banana, blueberries and almonds) together in a bowl. Divide the mixture between two bowls or jars and store in the fridge overnight. Check after about 2 hours to see if there is enough liquid. If not, add a little more almond milk.

Serve the overnight oats with banana, blueberries and whole almonds the next morning.
