First, pluck a handful of herbs from your herb garden. Oregano, basil and rosemary are ideal for a Mediterranean mixture. Then chop the herbs into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
You can now add the nut mix, honey and olive oil to the herbs. Stir everything together well. Finally, add a little salt to taste and spread everything on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place everything in the preheated oven (150°C, fan oven) for approx. 10 minutes. After baking, it's best to leave the roasted nuts to cool before enjoying them.
